I really hate JT and I consider them one the worst telecoms operators in the world, as far as I know the French are good in telecoms but the lake of governmental supervision and the corruption that we are suffering of, is allowing them to screw us with the bad services they are offering.

Recently they started charging calls on the informations help desk calls (1212), today I called to inquire about a number, first they welcomed me and mentioned that they will charge me 3.5 piasters for this call - in both languages, then they mentioned they are recording this call for quality insurance - in both languages, then they welcomed me for the third time (how nice they are) telling me that they will answer me soon - also in both languages, I guess this was took more than a minute.

Finally I got to the person there, told her the company I want and she gave me a number that happened to be a fax number and was way off, I called once again and they gave another number that happened to be wrong again, I don’t know is it possible that they are doing it on purpose to steal my money or they are just idiots?

One more bad experience I had with them is the ADSL monthly subscription, we usually at home don’t receive the bill probably, its not their mistake even that they called once and mentioned something about delivering bills at the door of the house, anyway I thought the ADSL subscription has been added to the monthly bill and that we are paying it every month, until one day they cut it off, I had to spend hours to know why and to reach the guy in charge who told: Buddy you didn’t pay the monthly subscription for 9 months! Thats when I discovered they are not including it in the bill, but how am I supposed to know.

I guess we all are suffering of their bad services and I believe a second operator in the market, which Batelco will urge them to enhance their performance, well I hope so.
