Top 10 Jobs of 2009 in the UK

Below is a list of the top 10 jobs expected to witness a growing demand in England, powered by CareerBuilder.co.uk.

Engineering on top! It’s weird to even see it on the list, teachers as well! But the thing about engineering is that England is hosting the Olympics in 2012 and the Commonwealth Games in 2014, this is probably the reason.

Advertising and PR, the butter and bread to any brand are on the list as well, PR’s importance is growing because of the recession, although it’s a vital thing for any brand and shouldn’t just gain importance in difficult times only.

1 Bus can replace 50 Cars, hell yes!

Whenever I’m driving around schools early in the morning or on the noon, I look around me and wonder, why don’t those people just send their children with school buses, instead of driving all the way to school to bring or take them? An average medium school bus can fit around 20 children, isn’t this better for everyone? Less traffic jam, less fuel consumption, and less damage to the environment, but seems like many people enjoy the school trip with their children, or simply don’t trust other drivers.

This is an interesting outdoor advertisement for Flygbussarna Airport Coaches in Sweden, basically they put 50 cars together to shape a bus, this clearly communicates the efficiency of a bus compared to a car, the campaign has also been supported by a live camera to count the cars that pass through the highway to one of the airports in sweden to calculate the CO2 released by these cars, and by that figuring out how can the buses minimize the impact on environment.
