  3. I have been obsessed with trying to help this dog. But a news release from Associated Press says that Santiago highway officials are giving up the search for the dog. And the topper, the video was taken back in March, but only released now. The one thing AP did NOT do is interview the worker who is shown at the end of the clip. They should have.
