Jordan advertising | Mistake in Air France Radio Jingle
Marketing — By Samer Marzouq on December 9, 2006 at 11:33 amI don’t know if anyone noticed this but there is a mistake in Air France’s radio jingle, the one that promotes e-services for the French air carrier. The lady mentions the URL of the website but at the end she says: “go” instead of “jo” which represents Jordan.
I spent the past week working from home and my radio was tuned on Mood FM all the time and I had to listen to the awful radio jingles; Ahli Bank, Eskadenia Software, METS Exhibition, Gharghour… etc. I hate radio jingles; you can’t find any really good jingle and not only in Jordan as radio is considered the worst media in the whole world now, I guess it is good for branding campaigns only.

My friends Jazarah, so they did one mistake, so what?
My humble experienced taught me that there are two types of criticism, as you should very well know they are positive and negative. It really doesn’t do anyone any good criticizing and not giving an alternative solution…
To prove my point here, I’m criticizing you in a positive way, so I’m offering you an alternative… Why don’t you hit the keyboard and prove to me what your miraculous fingers can come up with…
My advise is for you to stop your whining and either shut off the radio or do something about it!!!

if you are referring to the typo then please do accept my apology. As for the whole I believe my message is clear and Im not sure how you managed to miss the point… The point is we always CRITICIZE the small mistakes and never look at the big picture, I believe my point has been proven once again…

I think what jazarah was trying to do is to drag our attention to something it could be a problem, he/she is trying to share an opinion here, no body of us is a god with a magical solution to every thing, maybe u have a solution if you don’t somebody else might have, he/she is rising a flag and through discussion a problem might be solved.
