MidEast advertising | Wunderman won the gold, again

After less than 5 months of winning a Gold Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, Dubai-based direct marketing agency Wunderman has won the gold at the DMA International Echo Awards in San Francisco. Wunderman achieved the golden award for ‘Pick Out Your Home’ campaign for Emaar Properties where they used a ‘mini-home’ that could be picked out of a box.

At the same awarding festival the agency also won a bronze Echo award for its work on the Dubai Bone and Joint Center’s ‘Helping Hand’ campaign where they employed a wooden back scratching device, presented with the tag line ‘For places that haven’t yet been reached’ to generate awareness of an upcoming back-care forum.

This is promising finally Middle Eastern agencies are getting international awareness and recognition.
