Credit Crunch? Says Who! @ Jordan’s PropertyLink 2009

So, who said real estate is going downhill! I came across this catchy slogan by the global real estate sales agent, Century 21, at the annual PropertyLink exhibition, which was held in Amman amid a devastating financial crisis that is threatening the world with a bloody depression.

One can notice the effect of the current credit crunch, specially in the real estate sector, according to some exhibitors number of visitors wasn’t really good in the first two days, I noticed that too, but things got better in the last two days as I heard.

I was surprised to know that Ayla, which was supposed to be one of the prestigious projects in Aqaba, was canceled, not sure if it has to do with the crisis, they were the main sponsor for last year’s PropertyLink, and I thought it’s a really big project, but I guess I was wrong.

Century21’s booth was certainly an eye catchy, specially with their headline, I also liked Sanaya’s booth, which is a project by the developer Limitless. Check out these shots below, also check their website for more details.
