It’s not a good idea to think local while you are a regional brand
When you are a regional brand you should think “regional”, especially when it comes to something like a crisis in the internet service in the whole Middle East.
I was reading a press release for Batelco justifying the slow internet service that their users are facing, now what I believe was wrong in the piece of news is that it focused on Bahrain only.
Now Batelco is a Bahraini ISP and telecom operator that operates in several countries in GCC and Levant, and I guess Egypt. This incident didn’t affect Bahrain alone, the whole region is suffering from this issue, and such a press release should be targeted for the whole market., since it was published in a regional media like AME Info.
