There were 10 cities in the Arab World which were listed by Jazarah here. It is interesting that both Jedah and Riyadh had low rankings. Maybe Jeddah due to chronic water problems and Riyadh due to religious and behavioural restrictions. Don't forget that the weather is not very helpful. I think the survey should have included Amman, Damascus, Tunis, Algiers and Casablanca to have a more comprehensive assessment. Amman was not one of the cities surveyed.
