Maktoob team and home page throughout the years!
Earlier today, Yahoo! and Maktoob officially announced the acquisition of maktoob.com, the largest Arabic website, by the international giant Yahoo! in a multi million deal, the financial figures weren’t announced but expectations suggest the deal worth more than $100 million.

It’s a huge milestone in the history of online media in the Arab world, and I guess in the media sector in general. Maktoob started 9 years ago as an email provider and succeed to grow into a community that attracts more than 16 million unique visitors a month!
I found these amazing photos on Maktoob Business showing maktoob’s home page development over the years, you can also see the growth in the team behind this Arabian success story!
