Burj Dubai | History Rising

What an amazing TVC! It’s for Burj Dubai, which is expected to be the tallest building in the world when it’s finish. As far as I know the advertising agency that handles Emaar Properties (the property developer of Burj Dubai) is Team Y&R Dubai, but I’m not sure who created this commercial.
